Bexhill’s ‘Be Active’ Event – it was a privilege to be part of its success!

Active Rother’s annual ‘Be Active’ event took place on Sunday on the De La Warr Pavilion lawns.  We would like to thank all who participated in our activities, both our existing clients and those who came along to try out the Exercise tasters  and Complementary Therapies.

Our arena events were very well received and gave everyone that attended a wonderful insight into just some of our classes at YouNique Wellbeing Studios:
Circle Dancing – with Pauline Thompson
Tai Chi for Arthritis – with Sally Hemmings
Yoga – with Maryann Hardingham
Fitness Yoga – with Roberta Freeland

We were also offering taster treatments:
Reflexology – with Zoei Lewis
Shiatsu – with Stephanie Ball
Massage – with Sunny Bambridge

and giving advice in the following areas:
Homeopathy – with Pema Sanders
Photography – with Dave Mason
Counselling – with Alison Seymour
Makaton Signing for Babies – with Sheila Inward

Thank you to all of our dedicated practitioners who were able to share their knowledge with those that visited the event.

For all of you who came to our stand to find out more about what we have to offer for your Health & Wellbeing, we look forward to welcoming you to our Studios.
