This prepares you for some Relaxing Reiki and we finish with some Mindfulness Practise that is specifically to deal with what concerns you most and you can take it with you to use whenever you want to snatch a moment of calm and be reminded of this lovely experience. If you like, you can also add a foot massage to this treatment, where I concentrate on acupressure points to add to the relaxation process.”
