The class is aimed at those who want to try yoga but have been previously intimidated because they think that they are not healthy, strong or flexible enough. The poses, stretches and breathing techniques can be modified to suit any ability, starting at beginners onwards.  Our experienced teacher will encourage and work with you at your level.
