What is Beginner’s Yoga?

The class is aimed at those who want to try yoga but have been previously intimidated because they think that they are not healthy, strong or flexible enough. The poses, stretches and breathing techniques can be modified to suit any ability, starting at beginners onwards.  Our experienced teacher will encourage and work with you at your level. This class is the perfect induction to the yoga poses, stretches and breathing techniques.

Beginner’s Yoga is Suitable for?

Anyone aged 16 and over who wants to improve flexibility, calm the mind, build up a bit of strength or for those simply wanting to try something new.
