What is Pregnancy Yoga?

Pregnancy Yoga is a wonderful way for ladies expecting little ones to come and stretch and relax for an hour in preparation for birth.  You will have the opportunity, to move and stretch the entire body and move through some relaxation techniques and guided meditations.  

The first class is FREE of charge and Dads (or partners) come free (whilst there is space).

 

 

Pregnancy Yoga is Suitable for?

Your comfort and safety is paramount to us. This session is suitable from after your 12 week scan.  However it is worth double checking with your doctor and with the Instructor should you have any doubts, queries or concerns.

 

 

Benefits

Yoga during pregnancy can help the strength and stamina of muscles needed to carry the baby and to give birth and additionally can help things with like sleeping, stress and pain relief of aching joints and muscles.
