Tai Chi consists of a collection of moves which are based on kung fu movements. However, these are carried out slowly and gently with precision.

Tai Chi is Suitable for?

Everyone, and as a Tai Chi beginner you start by learning the Tai Chi form. The moves are carried out slowly and gracefully with smooth even transitions between them.


Good health, which has been known for centuries in the East, and now becoming more recognised in the West. Tai Chi offers: A unifying and improved functioning of the body and its systems; improvement of structure, balance and co-ordination; and improvement of body/mind connection and awareness.
