Sally holds instructors certificates in Tai Chi for Arthritis and Tai Chi for Back Pain, both of these styles were designed by Dr. Paul Lam a GP and Tai Chi expert.


Sally has studied Tai Chi for over 13 years, and has found it to be a wonderful way to maintain flexibility, balance, good health and relaxation. Medical research has shown that Tai Chi is one of the best forms to exercise to develop balance, to prevent falls and has been shown to help relieve pain and stiffness.
