WOULD YOU LIKE A FREE NHS HEALTH CHECK?

One You East Sussex (click here to visit their website) will be visiting our Studio on Wednesday, 30th November from 10am - 4.30pm to carry out these NHS health checks.

The health check includes: Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, BMI, Cholesterol, Diabetes Assessment and Healthy Eating / Lifestyle advice based on the results, and will take about 30 - 40 minutes.

Eligibility criteria: age 40-74, without pre-existing heart/ kidney conditions or diabetes and NOT on blood pressure/cholesterol medications; resident of East Sussex & not had a NHS health check in the last 5 years.
