Our larger studio is used for exercise classes, creative workshops or individual studio hire for photographers or dancers requiring a space to themselves. Stream your classes online through ‘Zoom’ with our powerful web cam and large TV screen. Your class can be streaming out to a wider audience whilst having the personal feel of people in the room. We have plenty of natural light coming through the large front windows, and back windows that can be opened for additional ventilation. Equally, we have blackout blinds for any time the sun, light or heat gets too much. This room has its own toilet and storage for cleaning products. Tables and chairs are available for workshops, classes or meetings.

Located on the first floor, this is the perfect space for arts and crafts workshops, meetings or events. An ideal space for 1-1 exercise or mum and baby groups. Chairs and tables are also to use. Sunstone also doubles up as a waiting area. It is also the home of our ‘Lending Library’ - feel free to borrow a book.

Otherwise known as our ‘clinical room’, this first-floor space offers a bright and fresh feel. This room includes a functional electric massage couch with remote to adjust the positioning to the desire of your client. It also includes a breast cut-out for comfort. There is a table with two chairs in the room for any paperwork or consultation that needs to be completed with your client. The room also has a small basin with hot and cold running water is positioned in the corner with a cupboard underneath for storage, along with a moveable shelf tray for any other equipment you may need to store.

A healing crystal of Unconditional love, boost feelings of peace & calm.

‘Rose’ is a calming room located on the top floor. It can be used as either a therapy room or a counselling space. We have a fold-down massage couch that can be moved about easily within the space and plenty of chairs available for you and your clients. It has blinds that can be shut and 2 small lamps to create a relaxing atmosphere for your treatment. There is a large chest of drawers with some storage space which can also be used as a worktop space. This room is also located next to the washroom which has additional storage.

Our quiet and intimate ground floor therapy/counselling room. This room has independent easy access for anyone who may have mobility difficulties. It is located around the back of the building with a carparking space outside by arrangement. A curtain at the back divides the room with storage space which houses an electric massage couch for when it is converted into a therapy room.
