Counselling (Individual and Couples)

What is Counselling?

Counselling can help you develop a greater understanding about yourself with someone who listens, who is non-judgemental and who will encourage the working together aspects that counselling provides.

Why Counselling?

Counselling provides you with the opportunity to discuss your problems in confidence and in a safe place. You can talk about the “real you” and gain a deeper understanding about yourself.

Benefits:

Establishing a good relationship with your counsellor is fundamental for developing trust, confidence and growth. With these in place, you can flourish!

60 minutes | Individuals £50 | Couples: £55

Tuesdays - Thursdays

“Hello, it can be daunting to contact a counsellor for the first time but I am here to listen, whatever problems and worries you may have. For example, it is common at the moment to feel anxious about world events. I offer sessions remotely via Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp and phone, or face-to-face with Covid secure precautions in place. I can offer you a safe place to talk where you can be the “real you”.  I am a qualified, BACP accredited, counsellor who offers private and confidential long or short term counselling  in Bexhill.  A good relationship between client and counsellor is fundamental for developing trust, confidence and growth.  I offer therapy in a safe environment where you can develop a greater understanding about yourself with someone who listens, who is non-judgemental and who will encourage the working together aspect that counselling provides.
