5 Weeks covering different styles of meditation:

The aim of these 5 weeks is to introduce a variety of meditation styles, enabling you to develop a practice which suits you.

Each session will be 1 hour long

Each session will consist of a variety of different meditations, starting with short meditations and building to longer ones. There will be short periods of teaching and discussion.

Week 1: Introduction; 3 simple breath meditations.

Week 2: Different styles of meditation; visualisation, mantra, body scan.

Week 3: Mindfulness & Gratitude, including a loving kindness practice and a gratitude practice.

Week 4: Breathing techniques: including box breathing and 4-7-8 for insomnia.

Week 5: Bringing it all together, including a silent meditation.
