Pluralistic Psychotherapy

What is the approach to Pluralistic Psychotherapy?

Pluralistic Psychotherapy is made up of different approaches to Counselling and Psychotherapy. The approaches used by David Edward are more visualisation, (hypnosis) and Creative Counselling, the use of creative tools and interventions to nurture therapeutic relationships.

Why Pluralistic Psychotherapy?

With a Pluralistic approach it is not just one size fits all, Because David uses a mixed approach so that he can tailor his therapy more to the client’s needs.

Benefits:

The use of visualisation, and hypnotherapy, is a much quicker approach to therapy. Where you are having dialogue to the subconscious. And by using different modalities, in the counselling setting David can build up that rapport a lot quicker.
