Qi-Gong pronounced Chi Gong meaning life force practice in Chinese. With this practice of movements and meditation, we allow the breathe and energy that passes through our bodies- that vital energy that sustains us, to flow and create balance and strength. Strengthening our internal organs as well as the flow of blood, the movements keep our joints mobile and healthy.
Practicing the art of Qi Gong keeps us fit and healthy all our lives.
