Yoga

What is Yoga?

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.

“ I’ve been attending Hatha Yoga classes with Karolina since the summer and couldn’t recommend it enough. It’s improved my strength, flexibility and balance so much. Managing poses now I never would have thought possible! Fantastic relaxation in the class too. Karolina is so friendly and considers everyone’s ability through the session.” - Jo Reynolds

“ I had never tried yoga before I went along to Karolina's class, and now can't imagine not doing it! She really puts you at ease, with no judgement of your ability. I have definitely noticed the difference with my flexibility and a reduction in my aches & pains! The relaxation is a lovely treat as well, and I would certainly recommend it to anyone.'‘ - Claire Croft
