What is Yoga?
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.
Why Yoga?
Yoga is an enjoyable and relaxing way to increase physical activity – especially helping to improve your strength, flexibility and balance. Regular yoga practice may be beneficial if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, aches and pains, depression, and stress.
Our friendly class is open to all levels with full guidance and support from our instructor.
Benefits
Yoga improves mobility and support/help existing health conditions. It is also good for stress relief and general wellbeing.
